INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed. drain & squeeze out all liquid
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1/2 tsp dill weed
- 1 tsp salad elegance (Johnny’s Dock)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS:
Serve with celery, carrots, cauliflower, & zucchini or your favorite tortilla or pita chips or serve in a bread bowl with bread for dipping.
