What is the pricing and what are the shipping charges?
Please visit our pricing page. Keep in mind that pricing is tiered and based upon the quantity of product ordered. If you would like a quote for shipping please go to the Instant Quote link on the header at the top right side of the site. Enter the product, quantity and zip code then wait a moment while it pulls real time rates from shipping carriers and displays the different shipping options. If your shipping destination is a business, please make sure to select the radial button that says Commercial Address.
If I'm ordering Water Bottle Labels how do I know what bottles to use or how the labels will fit?
The labels are like stickers. Peel the protective paper backing off to reveal the adhesive on the entire back of the label. You do NOT need glue! No glue involved, (yes we get that question all the time).
Are the labels waterproof?
Yes they are 100% completely waterproof. Our labels and stickers are made from a high quality synthetic material so they will stand up to ice and water.
How do I order?
For all of our products you can either choose from pre-designed label templates and change the text and add photos/logos, etc., or you can start from scratch and make your own design. To view pre-designed labels, start at the header on the far left top of the site where it says "Labels & Stickers". To start from scratch go to the header towards the right and choose "Make Your Own".
What is the minimum image resolution I can upload?
The minimum recommended image resolution is 300 ppi (pixels per inch). If it looks blurry on screen it will print blurry. We recommend you zoom in a bit to make sure your image looks sharp. If you copy and paste an image from a web page it is typically only 72 ppi and will print blurry.
What kind of file formats can I upload to your site?
When you're designing a custom label using our site, you can upload .jpg, .tif and .png files. We DO NOT accept Word or Power Point files. The website will not accept .eps or .pdf files. They must be converted to the file types listed above.
The design I like is blank when I get to the design screen. Why can't I see it?
The design tool is based upon Adobe Flash technology. Please make sure you have Flash downloaded on your computer or device. If this isn't the problem please contact us and we will be more than happy to help you.
Will I receive a proof of my label?
You will be able to view your finished label design throughout the ordering process. We do not provide proofs unless requested in the special instructions box at the checkout page. A setup charge may apply if you request multiple changes to your design after you receive your proof.
Is there a charge for full color printing?
No. We print digitally in full color and do not charge per color.
How well do the colors on my screen match up to the printed colors?
We cannot guarantee that the colors on your screen will match the colors on the label exactly. Each monitor is calibrated to display color differently, so it's impossible to guarantee that the colors you see on your screen will match what is printed. Also if you upload a CMYK image it will look different because it is converted to RGB on the website.
What should I do if I want to change my order after I've placed it?
We send the labels to print immediately after you place the order, so to change your order is almost impossible once it's been placed. This is why we stress the importance of double-checking the wording and spelling of your labels before you complete your order.
How long will it take to get my order?
Our production time for labels-only orders is two business days + shipping time. The production time for custom label bottled water orders is eight business days + shipping time. For more information please visit our shipping and delivery page. We do not print and ship on the same day. Just because you choose Next Day Shipping does NOT mean you'll receive your order the next day. You are ordering a custom product which takes time to make. We do not print or ship on weekends.
How can I track my order?
When we ship your order, you will receive an automated email from the shipping carrier with your tracking number. If you have trouble tracking your order, or do not receive this email, give us a call or email our info address and we'll be happy to track the status of your order.
