Tangy Sauce for Salmon

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 lb butter or margarine
  • 4 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp mustard
  • 1 clove garlic

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat all ingredients together in a sauce pan.  Serve as a sauce for salmon or use the sauce to baste salmon while baking or grilling.  Easy and delicious.  Serves 3-4.
