[singlepic id=311 w=240 h=240 float=center]This September, nearly 200 swimmers went for a bracing swim in the freezing cold waters of Lake Washington (here in Washington) for the Swim Across America event to raise money to fight cancer. These brave souls raised over $180,000 for the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance!
The event was a rousing success, with almost 25 teams competing in a two mile swim or a half mile swim alongside Olympic swimmers. At the conclusion of each event, every swimmer was handed a Swim Across America towel as well as a bottle of water. Guess who provided the water?

Every single person in our office has been personally affected by cancer or has a loved one who’s been affected by it, so we feel strongly about finding a cure!
