Pour Some Sugar!

Now that Fall is upon us, we’ve been brainstorming natural ways to revitalize our skin and keep it baby soft throughout the Winter season to come. Holidays will arrive in no time, and we’re always on the lookout for creative gift ideas as well.

Body scrubs are great for exfoliating skin and leaving it with a nice glow, but we tend to stay away from store bought scrubs with unrecognizable ingredients. Thankfully, sugar scrubs are incredibly easy to make at home with all natural ingredients that are typically already found in your pantry.  Create this scrub for yourself and friends or throw a relaxing spa party with this DIY scrub recipe.

1 cup organic cane sugar
1/3 cup celtic sea salt
1/2 cup organic coconut oil
2-3 tablespoons almond oil
1 tablespoon vitamin e
Lavender Essential Oil

Start with a recycled jar, and then add a little bit of the salt, sugar, coconut oil {one at a time to control the consistency} and then add the rest of the ingredients.
