    INGREDIENTS 1/4 lb butter or margarine 4 Tbsp soy sauce 3 Tbsp ketchup 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbsp mustard 1 clove garlic INSTRUCTIONS Heat all ingredients together in a sauce pan.  Serve as a sauce for salmon or use the sauce to baste salmon while baking or grilling.  Easy and delicious.  Serves 3-4.

    INGREDIENTS 3/4 cup orange juice 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce 3/4 cup soy sauce 2 Tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp garlic powder 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 1 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped INSTRUCTIONS In a medium bowl, combine orange juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, parsley and basil.  Cover and refrigerate.
