Shipping and Delivery

Get information on shipping and delivery of your order.

When will I get my order?

Production (processing) time + shipping (transit) time = the time you will receive your order. Production times are standard for products however you have the option to choose your shipping method so when it arrives will depend upon that.

Bottled water takes 9 business days for production.

Labels, stickers, coasters, hang tags and all of our other products take 2 business days for production.

Sometimes we're faster than that, rarely are we slower. If you procrastinated and didn't allow for production time, don't get mad at us.

Where will my order be sent from?

All orders are produced, processed and shipped from the good old USA from materials made in the USA.

What does production (processing) time mean?

Production (processing) time means it takes time to make your order. Your order is not sitting on the shelf in our warehouse with your information on it. The printing elves have to run it through the press and package it. Production time does not include weekends or major holidays.

What is shipping (transit) time?

Shipping time is the time it takes for your package to travel to your home or business. Shipping time is in addition to production (processing) time. We ship from the West Coast, so wherever you live, please make sure you allow for both production time and shipping time. Here is a map of the FedEx transit times so you can see how long AFTER the production time it will take to receive your order with ground shipping.

Upgraded shipping is available. If you waited too long to order and need to speed up your shipping time, please make sure you upgrade your shipping to the option that gets the merchandise to you in time. By the way, 3-Day means 3 business days transit, 2-Day means 2 business days transit, and Next Day means next business day. It does not mean weekends. Place your order by noon PST Monday thru Friday and it will ship within two business days. Orders may be subject to verification which may result in delayed shipping. Sorry for all the boring jargon. We use the US Postal Service priority mail for all domestic orders unless you select FedEx ground or one of their expedited shipping options.

Why has my order shipped in multiple packages?

We wish to give you the best, fastest and lowest prices out there, to do this we may ship from multiple locations. Every package will have its own tracking number. You'll receive an email with this information when the package(s) ship. There won't be additional shipping charges and your packages may arrive on different days.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships an email is automatically sent with tracking. If you don't see that email, it has probably disappeared into your spam folder, please look for it there. If you suspect something has happened to your tracking email, please Email Us with your order number. Order numbers are helpful to our team when answering customer questions. As much as we love searching through thousands of orders for Lisa or John's order, please help us out and be specific. Give us as much information as possible about your order.

Shipping to Alaska/Hawaii

The United States Postal Service is available. However, if you chose USPS expedited service delivery times are not guaranteed. So, FedEx 2-day and Next Day will be a lot faster than the US Postal Service, but we can't guarantee that you will have the package in 2 business days after allowing for production time. It is usually on time but we can't guarantee a snow storm or typhoon won't delay it.

Actually, there is one more thing, FedEx may require a signature even if we request otherwise. For example should you live in an apartment or condo without a doorman or office. If this is a concern, be sure to deliver to an address where someone will be around to sign. If they show up to deliver and you're not there, it is not our mistake. Seriously.

The United States Postal Service does not have the ability to track international packages (including shipments to Canada). Even though you may not have chosen USPS we sometimes ship USPS to save money on shipping and keep your shipping costs down. Just to repeat, under the circumstances described, the tracking is out of our hands so don't get mad at us if we can't give you the exact location of your package.

Shipping to PO Boxes

We are more than happy to ship to a PO Box. There's no chance the dog will eat your package when it doesn't go through a mail slot.

Shipping to a Military (APO, FPO) Address

We are more than happy to ship to APO and FPO addresses thanks to the US Postal Service.

Shipping to Canada

We have a few options and they are:

Priority Mail Express International - Delivery in 3 to 5 business days

Priority Mail International - Delivery in 6 to 10 business days to many major markets, but there aren't any guarantees on arrival time

First Class Package International - Delivery in 10 to 14 business days

FedEx Ground - Delivery in 3 to 10 business days

International Economy (FedEx) - Delivery in 2 to 3 business days, arrival by 8pm

International Priority (FedEx) - Delivery in 1 to 2 business days, arrival by 5pm

You are responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees.

FedEx Standard orders can be tracked on the FedEx website and we will email you a tracking number when your order ships. USPS Canadian orders are not trackable because the United States Postal Service does not have the ability to track international packages (including shipments to Canada). Even though you may not have chosen USPS we sometimes ship USPS to save money on shipping and keep your shipping costs down. Just to repeat, under the circumstances described, the tracking is out of our hands so don't get mad at us if we can't give you the exact location of your package.
