Lost, Missing or Can't Find Your order?

If you are tracking your package and it says it's been "Delivered" first double check your mailbox, with your neighbors or anyone else that might pick up your mail. If you still can't find it and you're positive nobody has moved it or accepted it for you contact the carrier immediately. Here are some helpful contact numbers, make sure you have your tracking number handy before you call:

Once orders leave our facility they are in the care of the shipping carrier and no longer our responsibility. After we provide you with the tracking number at the bottom of the shipping confirmation email it's up to you to follow up on missing or lost orders at the time of delivery.

With that said if you contact the carrier and you order is truly lost, let us know and we'll work with you to do the best we can to get a replacement order to you at little or no cost if possible. Because we're nice like that.
