Back by extremely popular demand is the small 8 oz. bottle size;ready for you to customize with your own full color label. Smaller bottles like the 8 ounce size are the most versatile out of all the bottle sizes we offer. The 16.9 oz. and 12 oz. bottles are considered too large for many events such as trade shows, wedding favors or corporate meetings. The 8 oz. is perfect, in fact it's so perfect that when offered this size in 2012 and earlier, customers favored it over the other two sizes almost 3 to 1.
It's fantastic to be able to provide the 8 oz. bottle once again; a size that serves a niche. Besides the appeal of the smaller size the 8 oz. is also great when you are working within a tighter budget. The 8 oz. Private Labeled Bottles are packaged two cases per box. Instead of 24 bottles (one case) being packaged in a box like the 12 oz. and 16.9 oz. We package two cases in a box to save a significant amount on shipping costs. One box/2 cases (48 bottles) of 8 oz. weights 32 pounds compared to 1 box/case of 16.9 oz. (24 bottles) which weigh 30 pounds. Instantly you get double the amount of bottles when purchasing the 8 oz. for literally almost the same shipping cost as one case of the 16.9.

Label Size for 8 oz. Bottled Water
Make the design on the bottle whatever you like. We print using a commercial grade digital printing press. Your label will be printed at photo quality resolution in brilliant, full-color on a synthetic high gloss material that is 100% waterproof. The printable area is 6.375" L x 2.25" w; wide and high enough to add any text, photos, logos or messages you want. Our website is set up so you can design the label directly online and place the order. We have a design tool that will allow you to upload files, add text with a variety of font options and add colors. If you find yourself needing more flexibility when designing your label go ahead and create it using Adobe AI, Photoshop or your design program of choice, then convert it to a high resolution (300 dpi) RGB file in PDF, JPG or PNG format. Then you can upload it right to the design canvas. If, once you've place your order, you're concerned about the resolution or conversion of your file, feel free to email us the native artwork file and reference your order number and we'll be happy to use that file to print your 8 oz. bottled water labels.
Shipping Small Size Private Labeled Water Bottles
As mentioned earlier 8 oz. bottles are the most economical to ship. We ship them out of our Maryland location making it a quick time-in-transit to our customers on the East Coast as well as the Central US. Each box contains two cases measuring 16.75" L x 10.25" W x 10.75" H packaged in a plain brown craft box. Inside, the cases are individually wrapped in 3 ml shrink-wrapped plastic to further ensure that the bottles arrive to you secure and damage free. If you're ordering upwards of 30 or more cases we recommend at checkout choosing the freight option for shipping. Freight shipping is more often than not more economical for larger quantities and also arrives a day or so sooner to most locations than standard ground services. Another big benefit to utilizing freight shipping when you order a pallet of 8 oz. custom bottled waters is that pallet shipping involves less handling of every case so we rarely if ever see any damage to cases when they ship via freight. On a standard 48" x 40" pallet we are able to ship up to 120 cases of 8 oz. bottles, so keep that in mind if you are looking to maximize your profit. Purchasing a full pallet, combined with our tiered pricing structure, definitely gives you the best bang for your buck for private labeled water bottles.
Production Time For 8 oz. Bottles
Our standard production time, from the time you place your order online to the time the bottles ship, is three weeks. Often times we ship sooner, but plan on the full three weeks for production. In addition, there is transit time to take into account. Depending upon where you're located, or rather where the bottles are shipping to, it can take up to another five business days transit time if you choose standard ground service. Keep in mind we ship this particular bottle out of Maryland so if you are close to that area your 8 oz. bottles will arrive sooner than the five business days.
