Order Processing

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM PST. Orders placed outside of these hours will not be processed until the next business day. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. If you place your order after 5:00pm on Friday, your order will not be processed until Monday.

If your order has been sent to print, or has shipped, we cannot change or cancel your order.

If we have a problem getting an authorization on your credit card for any reason, your order will not progress until we do. We will contact you immediately to discuss how to proceed.

Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us at your earliest convenience and we will do everything we can to correct any errors that were made on our part. We are not, however, liable for any spelling errors or typos you may have made while entering your order. It's very important that, before you submit your order, you verify that the names, dates, etc. are correct.

Shipping Information

We are proud to use the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS for most of our shipments.

You can choose from Ground, Express Saver, Two Day Air and Standard Overnight.

USPS (Label Only Orders): Your order will be delivered within 1-5 business days after the date of shipment, not counting the ship date and not including Sunday, or Holidays. Package arrives before end of day.

UPS Ground: Your order will be delivered within 1-5 business days after the date of shipment, not counting the ship date and not including Saturday and Sunday, or UPS Holidays. Package arrives before end of day.

UPS Express Saver: Your order will be delivered 3 business days after the date of shipment, not counting the ship date and not including Saturday and Sunday, or UPS Holidays. Package usually arrives by end of day.

UPS Two Day Air: Your order will be delivered 2 business days after the date of shipment, not counting the ship date and not including Saturday and Sunday, or UPS Holidays. Package usually arrives before end of day.

UPS Next Day Air: Your order will be delivered the next business day after the date of shipment, not counting the ship date and not including Saturday and Sunday, or UPS Holidays. Package usually arrives before 10:30AM.
