How do I know the information I submit on your site is secure?

  • All our products are manufactured in the United States of America.

Artwork

What is the minimum image resolution I can submit?

  • The minimum recommended image resolution is 300dpi (dots per inch).

  • If your image is bigger than 300dpi, it'll turn out even better since it will be printed at an even higher resolution than the minimum. However, if your submitted image is smaller than 300dpi, the final print could be pixelated and appear blurry. To avoid this, use original artwork files (at 300dpi) and DO NOT copy/paste from Word documents, MS-Paint and web pages.

What kind of file formats can I upload to your site?

  • When you're designing a custom label using our site, you can upload .jpg, .tif, .png, and .gif files.

What is the largest file size I can upload for designing?

  • Our upload limit is 5 MB. If you have trouble re-sizing your artwork or would like tips for how to make your pictures smaller, please give us a call.

Can I just have you design my label for me?

  • We do have graphic designers on staff who can design your artwork for you. There is a $75 charge for the first hour of design work required, and each subsequent hour is $75.

Will I receive a proof of my label?

  • You will be able to view your finished label design throughout the ordering process, so we do not provide proofs.

  • If you require a hard copy proof please contact us before you place your order. Please keep in mind that hard copy proofs add 5 to 10 days to the order process.

Can I request a proof?

  • We will only send proofs for orders we have designed artwork for.

Colors

Is there a charge for full bleed printing?

  • No. We print all the way to the edge of the label at no extra charge.

Should I use RGB or CMYK colors?

  • Make sure all the artwork you upload uses RGB colors.  If you upload using CMYK colors you will see color differences in the finished label.

How well do the colors on my screen match up to the printed colors?

  • We cannot guarantee that the colors on your screen will match the colors on the label exactly. Each monitor is calibrated to display color differently so it's impossible to guarantee that the colors will look identical.

Materials

What materials are your labels made from?

  • We use the highest-quality label material available for each product's application.

How do your labels stay on the water bottles?

  • For our custom label bottled water, we use an industry-specific adhesive to stick our labels to the bottles. This adhesive will not discolor the labels or dissolve in water.

If I order labels only, will I have to glue the labels onto my bottles?

  • No. Our labels are completely self-adhesive. All you have to do to expose the adhesive on the label is peel off the protective backing of the label. The paper backing will come away completely, leaving you with an adhesive label backing.

Does the water have a expiration date?

  • No however we recommend that it is consumed 2 years from the purchase date.

Production

What should I do if I want to change my order after I've placed it?

  • We send the labels to print immediately after you place the order, so there's really nothing we can do to change your order once it's been placed. This is why we stress the importance of double-checking the wording and spelling of your labels before you complete your order.

How long will it take to get my order?

  • Our production time for labels only orders is three business days + shipping time. The production time for private label bottled water orders is seven business days + shipping time.

Can I get my order even faster than normal production times?

  • Yes. We offer a variety of options for getting your order to you as fast as possible. The best way to investigate your options is to give us a call and let us know when you need your order and we'll be happy to discuss different options with you.

How do you print your labels?

  • We use a digital print press. It's a commercial printer that enables us to produce color-fast photo-quality images on our synthetic label material.

How can I tell if I'm getting a good price for my labels?

  • When you're shopping around for good deals on custom labels, there are a few things to bear in mind. You'll definitely want to make sure that the labels you buy are waterproof, tear-proof, color-fast, and printed using a high-quality printer. Inferior labels will cause more problems than they're worth by falling off bottles, smudging, and ripping.

Do you ever offer discounts?

  • Yes. We offer discounts and promotions on a regular basis. We publicize these special offers through email and on our site. The best way to find out about these is to keep an eye on your email inbox if you're a returning customer. If you've never ordered from us before, the best way to find out about promotions is to check in with our site frequently.

Ordering

Can I re-order labels that I ordered before?

  • Yes. Your account will have a record of every label you've ordered from us, which makes re-ordering very easy. You can also save designs to your account for use at a later time.

Can other people see the designs that I've done?

  • It depends on the setting you choose for your account. If you would like to make your designs available to other customer you can change your setting to "Public" and others will be able to see, change, and order your designs. The default setting on your account is "Private," which means that others will not be able to see or order your designs. If you want to enable others to view your designs you must manually change that setting on your account.

Do I have to type in my address again every time I re-order?

  • No. if you're a returning customer all you have to do is log in with your email address and password.

What do I do if I can't remember what email address/password I used last time I ordered?

  • Click on the "I forgot my username/password" link and follow the instructions. Your username and password will be emailed to you.

What do I do if I can't remember what I ordered last time?

  • Your previous orders are displayed under your account, so this is an easy way to look up what you ordered last time. We also keep a record of all past orders, so if you can't find the answer on your account you can give us a call and we'll look it up for you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • We accept all major credit cards. If you are unable to pay by credit card, please contact us to make payment arrangements.

Shipping Services

Can I track my order?

  • When we ship your order, you will receive an automated email from the shipping carrier with your tracking number. If you have trouble tracking your order, or do not receive this email, give us a call and we'll be happy to track the status of your order.

How much do you charge for shipping?

  • Shipping charges vary depending on which products are being shipped and which shipping service has been selected. We are always happy to provide a shipping quote so if you'd like to know what your shipping costs will be give us a call and we'll look it up for you.

What are my shipping options?

  • We offer the full range of shipping options from FedEx, UPS, and the USPS. Please visit our Shipping page for a full list of the shipping options we offer.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

  • Ground and Express shipments: If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has left our facility there will be an $11.00 per package fee assessed to your order.  Please verify all your information prior to submission of your order.
  • Freight shipments: If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has left our facility the fee is based on the weight and ship to location of your order.  Please call us to discuss these fees.

Freight Orders

  • If your order requires additional accessorial services (E.G. Lift gate, inside delivery, residential delivery, etc.) your credit card will be charged an additional $100.00 per service required.  Our shipping manager will do as much as is reasonably possible to educate you about these accessorial services before your order is shipped.  If, however, she cannot reach you before the order is scheduled to ship, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for these services as needed.
