Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our products by offering you a prompt refund or replacement of your labels and/or bottled water if they have a manufacturing defect. Please contact us upon receiving the product so that we can replace your labels and/or bottled water in a timely manner. We will identify the problem and rerun a replacement order for you. This guarantee covers the condition of the production and materials and does not cover spelling errors that are typed in by the customer.
We want to ensure that you receive a high level of customer service when you do business with us. Should you have a problem with your order please contact us and we will work with you to solve the problem for you as quickly as possible.
Should you have a problem with your order please contact us and our Customer Service team will work to resolve the problem for you as quickly as possible. You will then be provided with instructions for returning your order.
Our Delivery Promise and Guarantee
Currently our track record for on time shipments is over 98% and we make every effort to ship all our products on time or even ahead of time when possible. By most business standards that is excellent. There are times however, when circumstances beyond our control cause us to miss a shipping date. We dislike missing a shipping date more than our customers.
On those infrequent occasions where your order does not ship on the date stated on your email order confirmation*, we will do the following:
1. If possible, we will upgrade your shipping level, at our expense, in order for you to receive the order by the expected delivery date.*
2. If we know we will not make the shipping date designated on your confirmation, and it is not possible to expedite the shipping so that you will receive the order by the projected delivery date, then we will notify you, and give you the option to cancel your order at no charge.
Note: ALL ORDERS ARE F.O.B. OUR FACILITY. If we have shipped the order on the expected shipment date*, we cannot be responsible for delayed delivery due to a common carrier (UPS, Overnite Transportation, or other LTL services) not meeting their delivery promise.
* Customer must have provided acceptable artwork, and approved proofs within the stated times. All quoted ship dates are based on the day and time we receive your final artwork approval.
Return Policy
All returns must take place within 30 days of delivery.
Bottled Water with Labels Applied
If there is an error in your order that is the fault of Bottle Your Brand, or your product has arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will gladly credit your credit card for any damaged portion, or the portion that is the error of Bottle Your Brand,
excluding shipping charges. Please do not return bottled water orders. If you do return your product for any other reason, within 30 days, we will gladly credit your credit card for any returned portion less a 40% disposal fee,
excluding shipping charges. This includes any returns relating to color-matching, font, text and/or layout. Please refer to our Artwork Specifications page. Refunds will be credited back to the credit card with which you ordered the product, and you will receive credit notification once the transaction has occurred.
Labels Only Orders
We offer a money back guarantee on all of our label products (with the exception of custom labeled bottled water). If the error is our fault in any way, we will credit you in full, excluding shipping charges. If you are unhappy for any other reason, you are entitled to a credit for all unused labels but you are responsible for shipping the product back to us. This includes any returns relating to color-matching, font, text and/or layout. Please refer to our Artwork Specifications page. Credit will be issued upon return of product for the cost of the unused labels. Refunds will be credited back to the credit card with which you ordered the product, and you will receive credit notification once the transaction has occurred.
