Order Changes
We understand that sometimes a customer will need to make changes in their order. In the event that you do need to change or even cancel your order, we will do our best to help you make the changes.
If your order is not currently under production, there will be no additional charges or fees applied for canceling or changing your order.
If your order is in the pre-production phase, charges may apply for changing or canceling your order.
If your order is already in production, we cannot guarantee that we can change it or even cancel it. If your order is already in production, and you cancel your order, you are responsible for all costs incurred up to the time of cancellation, including but not limited to any and all artwork fees, setup charges, proofs, label printing, and even finished product. We will however make every effort to stop production in a manner which would save you as much expense as possible. We will notify you of any charges that will be incurred in these cases.
