Artwork Specifications

Note: It is important to leave a 5/8" design-free area on the left end of the label to allow for a glue flap and label overlap. If you include text or graphics in this area it WILL NOT show once the label is applied to the bottle. Leave this area free of any text or graphics, but extend full color bleeds through to the left edge of the label.

Submitting Artwork

Please send artwork via email to artwork@bottleyourbrand.com. This is our preferred method, however artwork can be submitted on a CD or Floppy Disk. Please mail to 517 6th Street South, Kirkland, WA 98033. Once artwork is received, we will contact you within one business day.

FDA required information will be added by our art department at label setup.

Changes made by the customer after the initial label setup are subject to a $50 per hour art charge. This charge includes additions to, subtractions from, color changes, text or font changes, design changes of any kind (any change that required additonal time used by our art department).

Digital File Requirements

Preferred File Format

PDF or EPS with all fonts converted to outlines/curves (vector art).

Other formats accepted are; JPG, TIF, or PSD (rastor art). A minium of 300 dpi is required for good print quality.

We are unable to accept MS Word, Quark, Pagemaker and MS Publisher files.

Color

Create all files in the specific print colors you desire (CMYK color- please DO NOT create using spot/custom colors). Create files using process color (CMYK).
