How to Make Your Own Water Bottle Labels

Use Our Water Bottle Label Templates
If you are not a graphic designer, (how many of us are?), we have a selection of label templates available in different event categories that you can easily personalize. All you have to do is choose a label design. Each label design is displayed with sample text to help you with ideas for customizing your own label. You simply type the words you would like on your label in the corresponding text fields. It's that easy!
Custom Design Your Own Label from Start to Finish
If you are a graphic designer, or at least somewhat artsy and computer savvy, you can design your own label from scratch in a program like Photoshop ®. The size label to design depends upon the size bottle you are going to purchase. For the smaller 8 and 12 ounce bottles the label dimension is 2" x 7½ ". The larger label for 16.9 ounce bottles is 2¼" x 8½ ". The artwork requirements for designing a label are as follows: 300 dpi resolution and CMYK color (for printing). Once you have designed your label using these specifications, you can place your order and send your label as an attachment to

Custom Design Your Label Using Our Graphics Department
This option is for those of you who want a custom label, but do not want to design it yourself. You probably have your own logo or photo, and possibly even your own ideas as to how you want your water bottle label to look. You can call us on our toll free number (866.935.2235) and one of our graphic designers will assist you. This option comes with a $50 design fee, which is reasonable, when you consider the time involved in designing a professional looking label. Our design staff will work with you until you have approved of your label design.
