HOW TO GUIDE FOR PRIVATE LABEL BOTTLED WATER
You can have your own private label bottled water with just a few simple steps. First you must decide if you want a label that is completely customized, or if personalizing one of the label templates from Bottle Your Brand's event categories will suit you. You make the choice and we provide the tools to make it happen. Here are the three options available:
You Design & Submit a Label
To start the process of submitting your own customized label design, you need to decide which bottle size, or for labels-only, which label size you need. You will find templates to download for each product on the
Artwork Specs tab on the top right of the web page. Please follow our digital artwork file requirements. Once you have designed your label, begin on the page titled "
Custom Label Bottled Water". Click on the product you have chosen, enter a quantity and scroll down the page to the area where it says "email artwork". Here is where you can send your completed design. Below this is a box to enter special instructions. Continue through the order process. Once your order is received we will send your label into production. There is no artwork fee for this option.
We Design a Label for You
Starting from a blank white label can be a little intimidating even for a seasoned designer, but for most people this is completely overwhelming. Relax; we have designers that can create a label for you using your text, logo, photo, and color scheme. All of your information can be sent in digital format via email to our production department, where a label proof will be assembled for you. We ask that you follow our digital format requirements found on our Artwork Specs page. For example, we can't print a sharp label if you send in a small 14 pixel logo in 72 dpi resolution! We need a resolution of 300 dpi for all logos and photos. What looks good on your computer screen will not look good in print. Once your label is done, you will be emailed a proof to approve. Then your label goes to print. This service has an artwork fee of $50.
To start the process of having your own
customized water, begin on the page titled "Custom Label Bottled Water". Choose a bottle size or label size and click on it. Now choose your product quantity and scroll down the page to the area where it says "email artwork". Here is where you can send your logo or photos. Below this is a box to enter label text, special instructions and text format requests. Continue through the order process. Once your order is received we will contact you via email or phone, if necessary, and begin the design process.
You Choose a Label from Pre-designed Templates
No need to worry about designing a label, or paying for design fees. We have given you lots of choices for label backgrounds. All you need to do is add your very own words. We have arranged our labels according to event type, but you can use any background that works for your special occasion. Once you add the words you want to a label you have created your own custom design. There is no artwork fee for this service.
To create customized water from our label templates begin on the page titled "
Label Templates". Click on a category that interests you and check out the label designs. Choose a label design you like, then choose from the product sizes, pick a quantity and finally, enter your text in the designated text fields. Once your order is placed, your label will go into production. It's that easy.
