Erika, the reigning social media expert and content queen over at Bottle Your Brand headquarters, celebrated her husband’s 30th birthday last week using BBQ food, a giant cupcake, and five different kinds of custom labels.

Erika made sure to keep her guests hydrated and happy with custom water bottles.  The water bottle labels featured Yoda (from Star Wars) and Malcolm Reynolds (from Firefly), characters from two of her husband’s favorite shows.

She bought two cases of water from Costco, removed the original labels, and stuck the custom labels on in their place.  As you can see, the custom labels stayed perfectly on the bottles, even though the bottles were submerged in ice and water for hours.

They even passed the rigorous inspection of one of the tiniest party-goers!

Next, Erika customized beer labels with silly facts and pictures of her husband.  Everyone at the party had fun reading these facts and it was an excellent conversation starter between people who hadn’t met!

Jess again chose to use custom water bottles for the refreshments at this party, and it’s easy to see why: She comes up with the best displays for the bottles!

One thing we loved about this custom bottled water display was the use of large glass cylinders to display the bottles artistically while keeping practicality in mind.  Guests were easily able to grab bottles of water, but they were pretty and added height and drama to the décor while they waited to be used.

Planning birthday parties for boys is fun in its own way, but there’s just something special about planning girly events.  The ribbons, the frills, the lively colors!  You can plan in a million different directions and still end up with a pretty party that makes your little girl feel like a princess.

Placing some lime slices in this vase of flowers added an unexpected touch of green that complimented the pink polka dot ribbon perfectly.  As you can see, once you have a color theme for a party, it can be a lot of fun to incorporate that theme throughout the event!
