Happy New Year, friends! We hope you all had a wonderful holiday season and are starting 2011 right – with lots of laughter and love. We’re starting 2011 off with new projects and ideas to really kick things up a notch here at Bottle Your Brand. On that note, we now bring you what will be a new, regular feature on the blog…Label Love.

Once a week, we plan on posting an example of what we consider to be a great label – on wine, on water, on anything. We hope it will inspire you (and us!) and show you just how fun and cool the world of labels can be. So, without further delay, here is our pick for Label Love this week!

While browsing one of our favorite design sites, The Dieline, we came across this brand of pasta sauce by Via Roma, and fell head over heels in love. Pasta sauces are a dime a dozen, but with these creative labels, this company is sure to stand out on the shelves. We love the black and white color scheme and the incorporation of real photographs of Italian grandmothers and grandfathers on each label – there is so much emotion and feeling in each image. Its almost like you are eating your own Italian grandmother’s pasta sauce. Love it!
